NICOLE GUINTO

ATTORNEY

Nicole grew up in Rochester, New York.  She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Classics and Legal Studies.  She graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2012. Before joining the firm, she was a staff attorney in a local court, clerked for a federal district court judge, and spent years litigating at a federal government agency.  Nicole joined the Deliberato Law Center in 2024 as an estate planning and elder law attorney.  She concentrates her practice in the area of estate design and Medicaid planning. 

Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, traveling, and reading.
