Erica Paczak

Probate Attorney

Erica A. Paczak is proud to be a Cleveland native. Erica graduated from the College of Wooster in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Biology. She graduated from the University of Akron School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2010 while working full time at Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. Before joining the firm, she practiced at a boutique firm in Euclid, Ohio where she focused primarily on estate planning and estate administration. Erica joined the Deliberato Law Center in 2019 as a probate and estate attorney. She concentrates her practice in area of estate administration. 

Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, playing tennis and hiking.
